  • due to time as of fall 2023 I outsource all of my shipping.

    If you need to update or change the address on an order PLEASE USE THIS FORM This way the address change can be sent straight to my shipping company.

    if you use the normal contact form I might not see it in time.

  • If you are having issues with an order from my Bonfire shop you need to reach out to bonfire via their contact page with your order info.

    I unfortunately cannot make changes to your order, nor do I have access to the order info.

    Since bonfire items are made to order they are non-refundable

  • Sometimes accidents happen as I am only human, if  you are missing an items with your order please let me know.

  • please read my collaborate page! there you can find commission information as well as the correct way to reach out to me about them.

  • As of 2023 I no longer ship items myself & have hired a company to do so. In stock orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship depending on the time of year
    Due to postal service delays please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

    If your order includes a Pre-order it will not ship out until the pre-ordered item reaches the company I use to ship

  • If you ordered a Pre-Order item please check the item description to see the approximate production time on the item.

    I am not in control of production times, sometimes the items take longer than expected due to chain supply shortages.

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees specific to their country.
    If you are international and would like to purchase something but don’t see your country listed please reach out for a custom shipping quote.
